Favorite Things
I finally had the chance to see the beautiful film, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, last month and it is a quiet meditation on art, feminine relationships, and love.
If I were a queen I would be dripping in gold from jewelry designer, Sofia Zakia. Her designs are equally mystical, steeped in mythology, and delicate. I may be biased since my engagement and wedding bands are from her.
You may have seen this scent floating around Tiktok, I have to say I am intrigued. It is supposed to smell like the person you love, in a hard-to-place way. It has a waitlist often and I can’t wait to try it.
I have been cutting way back on my alcohol consumption this year so, this spicy tincture looks like it would make a promising mocktail with some citrus. It would also pair beautifully with tequila or mezcal for an alcoholic version.
